I've worked as a scenic for boomtown for the past three years, I started when managing the bin painting team that same year moved to lets be avenue where I fell in love with scenic painting and never looked back. I have worked over four districts of boomtown and managed two teams. 

2024

• Let's Be Avenue - I designed and painted the helicopter, prepped and primed then sprayed it with my spray gun and hand-painted details 

• Copper Wood - Painted buildings in the district in 1920s old Hollywood style, texture, stone, wood, gold effects, detailed work on retro ‘vending machines’

• Wrong side of the tracks - Painted the DJ booth brief of ‘Mr. Blobby sick’ used textures and bright colours in abstract application to add to the clown mural, made UV latex for a dragged drippy effect and aged with washes 

• Managed ticket entrance arch team of 6, painted and textured the arches in alternating colours way using the colours of the 2024 branding with a spattered effect and added washes

2023 

• Managed bin painting team 1400 bins 16 crew

• Area 404 - creating aged down and mossy lived-in area, texturing, ageing, washes, silver metal, and rust effects 

• Wrong side of the tracks - created stencils for spray painted bat wallpaper, ageing dirty down, UV paint added to latex for dragged drippy effect

2022 

• Managed bin painting 1600 bins team of 20 

• Joined the scenic team at Let's Be Avenue working with textures to create brickwork, painting and aging
